Snide Studios?

Founded by Cornelius Edward Snider — filmmaker, writer, archivist, and unapologetic disruptor — Snide Studios was born out of basement clutter and creative desperation. Snide Studios is his side studios, to craft experimental creative content with Appalachia and the world at large. We adopt the language of studio filmmaking, fuse it with DIY grit, and lean unapologetically into our madness — crafting work for this new, post-corporate media age. What started rough and duct-taped has grown into a multiverse of shows, skits, podcasts, prose, games, and public access syndication. Still scrappy. Still lo-fi. Still Snide.

We make art with and for the fringe-dwellers, the kitchen-table philosophers, the mystics with mullets, and the cynics with mason jar hearts. Like if a farmer’s market started making movies — weird ones, but good ones.
